Why should I join?
It’s important…
The Beaufort Historical Association’s mission to
preserve the historical heritage of Beaufort and educate
the public about this heritage attracts many
preservation and education-minded supporters. We strive
to offer the best
educational programs possible and will accept
nothing less than historically authentic restorations.
The quality of our preservation and restoration
projects, our educational programs, and the maintenance
of our historic buildings require large amounts of
funds, much of which is provided by our membership
program.
It makes sense…
Since we are a non-profit, tax-exempt 501-3c
organization, your membership dues are tax-deductible.
You can make a financially sound investment, knowing
that your donation will support a good cause when
contributing to the Beaufort Historical Association.
It’s fun…
The BHA offers not only educational and preservation
programs, but a calendar full of great fundraising and
community events. As a member, you will be invited to
join in the fun and fellowship of all of these events.

The BHA is made up of nearly 1,700 members from all over
the country and all walks of life. The common thread is
their support of the BHA’s mission of historic
preservation and education.

To join the membership of the BHA, download a
